The Return to Normal Activity Questionnaire (RNAQ) is a brief questionnaire developed for administration to subjects or subjects’ caregivers (proxy) with sickle cell disease in order to assess when a subject has returned to their normal activity following a vaso-occlusive crisis (VOC)
